The competition "The best student scientific organization" will be held

On April 8, 2025, at 3 p.m., the competition "The best student Scientific Organization" will be held in the main academic building in auditorium 202. Purpose of the Competition: The competition aims to identify the best student scientific organization within the university and to encourage students engaged in research activities. Objectives of the Competition: To familiarize participants with the activities of student organizations; To determine the best student scientific organization within the university; To promote scientific research among students; To provide guidance on conducting scientific research.

Competition Requirements:
1. Organization Name - Each team must have a designated name;
2. Organization Motto - Each team must have a unique and creative motto;
3. Results of the Organization`s Work - Teams must present their scientific achievements and contributions;
4. Familiarity with Academic Writing Standards - Participants should demonstrate awareness of academic writing principles;
5. Creative Presentation - Teams must present their work using innovative ideas and new methodologies.

Members of student scientific organizations from Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University are eligible to participate in the competition.

Stages of Determining the Competition Winners:
Round 1: "My United Organization" - Presentation (3-5 minutes). Format: A presentation in accordance with technical requirements, a video clip, or a mixed-format introduction. Video material technical specifications: Minimum aspect ratio: 16:9 (minimum resolution: 720p); Format: *.mp4; Maximum duration: 5 minutes.
Evaluation Criteria: Preparedness of organization members in presenting their work creatively; Ability to demonstrate the organization`s achievements coherently; Clarity and comprehensibility of ideas; Breadth of perspective and logical reasoning.

Round 2: Quick Response (3 minutes per team). During this round, team leaders will be asked specific questions on academic writing. Responses should be as quick and precise as possible.
Evaluation Criteria: Clarity and coherence of answers; Speed and accuracy; Breadth of perspective and logical reasoning.

Round 3: "The Issue We Research" (5-7 minutes per team). This round assesses the scientific inquiry skills of organization members through their published works.
Evaluation Criteria: Active participation of organization members in conferences and other scientific events; Depth of research conducted by organization members and the significance of their findings.

Winners of the competition will be awarded I, II, and III-degree diplomas and monetary prizes.
