Competition for the vacant positions of the Head, Compliance Officer and Specialist of the Compliance Service of NJSC «Abai KazNPU»

The Board of Directors of NJSC «Abai KazNPU», 13 Dostyk ave., 050010, Almaty, announces a competition for vacancies for the positions of head, compliance officer and specialist of anticorruption compliance service of NJSC «Abai KazNPU».

Documents of candidates are accepted within 10 calendar days from the date of publication of this competition announcement.

Requirements to competitors:

A person with higher education, at least 7 years of work experience on executive positions in law enforcement and/or state bodies shall be appointed to the position of the Head of Compliance Service.

Head of Compliance Service should know: the Constitution of the RK; Laws of the RK «About Education», «About Science», «About Licensing», «About State Youth Policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan», «About counteraction of corruption», «About languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan», the State Program of Education Development for 2020-2025, normative legal acts of the RK, regulating educational activity, the order of conclusion of collective contracts and regulation of social and labor relations; labor legislation, rules and standards of labor protection, safe

To the position of compliance officer of the Compliance Service a person with higher education, with at least 5 years of work experience on senior positions in law enforcement and/or state authorities is appointed.

A compliance officer should know the Constitution of Kazakhstan, the laws «On combating Corruption», «On Education», «On Science», «Permissions and Notifications», «On State Youth Policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan», «On Access to Information», «On the order of consideration of references of individuals and legal entities», «On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan», laws regulating educational activities, the order of collective agreements and regulation of social and labor relations; labor legislation, the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and other regulations.

A person with higher education and at least 3 years of work experience in educational organizations shall be appointed to the position of compliance officer.

Specialist of Compliance Service should know the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On combating Corruption», «On Education», «On Science», «Permissions and Notifications», «On State Youth Policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan», «On Access to Information», «On the order of consideration of references of individuals and legal entities», «On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan», normative legal acts of the RK regulating educational activity; labor legislation, rules and norms of labor protection, policy and goals of the Company in the field of quality; labor and civil legislation, anti-corruption management system, anti-corruption policy, conflict of interest resolution policy and other internal anti-corruption regulations.

A person applying for participation in the competition shall submit the following documents to the Corporate Secretary

1) an application;

2) copy of the document proving identity of a contestant

3) CV;

4) copies of documents on education and appendices to them;

5) Copy of a document confirming employment, certified by the personnel department at the place of (current or last) employment

6) certificate of criminal record;

7) a presentation of his/her vision of how the Compliance Office will operate in the future (only for the Manager and the Compliance Officer).
