Vacant position:

Senior Expert of the Risk Assessment Section of the Strategy Department

The main functional responsibilities of the structural unit:

1. Operational risk control

2. Development of approaches to risk management

3.Supporting the risk management process in the current mode and developing a risk culture

4. Automation of risk management processes

Main job responsibilities:

- Participation in the identification of risks in business processes;

- carrying out risk assessment (quantitative and qualitative methods, modeling);

- formation of a register of key and significant risks, a risk-control matrix;

- participation in the preparation of the annual risk report;

- participation in the development of the necessary regulatory documents;

- participation in the development of methods for risk assessment;

- formation of regular reports for management.

Education:

Higher education (economics/management/physics/mathematics)

Project management

Required professional experience (duration, scope, other)

5 years, administrative experience in the field of education, etc. Experience in identifying, evaluating and developing risk management activities.

Professional competencies:

Identify risks and suggest ways to minimize risks

Personal competencies and qualities:

Strategic thinking, developed communication skills, flexibility, responsibility, honesty, purposefulness, punctuality and stress resistance.

Knowledge of languages, including the state language (list of languages that the candidate must speak)

Kazakh - fluent, Russian - fluent, English - read, write, understand at least Preintermediate level

Computer skills:

knowledge of MS Office products (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, MS Project) at a professional level
