Vacant position:

Head of the Security Service

The main functional responsibilities of the structural unit:

- regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating security activities;

- the specifics and structure of the organization;

- the principles of organizing the protection of the organization`s facilities;

- characteristics of technical means of protecting objects from unauthorized access to them;

- modern domestic and foreign technology (signaling systems, communications, etc.), maintaining it in operational condition;

- characteristics of technical means of protecting information from unauthorized access.

Main job responsibilities:

- to carry out direct management and control of the activities of the Security Service, which ensures the safety of the protected objects of the University;

- to define the terms of reference of the Security Service employees, plan and ensure the organization of the work of the entire Service;

- to monitor the performance of service by subordinates;

- to sum up on a monthly basis the results of the work of shifts and of each employee of the Security Service;

- organize training for subordinate personnel, conduct classes and tests with their own competence;

- to carry out an official investigation of incidents at the objects of protection;

- to ensure coordination of the activities of the Service with other structural divisions of the university.

Higher professional

Required professional experience (duration, scope, other)

Preference is given to former employees of law enforcement and special agencies (Ministry of Internal Affairs and others) by occupation related to security activities in educational institutions for at least 3 years

Professional competencies:

Diligence, dedication and ability to take responsibility for the decisions made.

Personal competencies and qualities:

1. Development of solutions, ability to work with information, achievement of goals;

2. Self-regulation and self-control.

Knowledge of languages, including the state language

(list of languages that the candidate must speak)

Kazakh, Russian.

Computer skills:

Confident PC user.
