Students of Abay University visited the Literary Memorial Museum named after G. Musrepov

On May 10, 2024, organized by the Department of Social Development and Youth Policy and the Academy of pedagogical skills "School of mentoring", students of the Faculty of Philology visited the Literary Memorial Museum named after G. Musrepov within the framework of the mentoring project "Journey to the Museums of Almaty".

Visiting the museum, students saw archival materials related to the work of the Kazakh people`s writer Gabit Musrepov, including manuscripts and photographs, as well as their literary and cultural heritage. He also got acquainted with fresh information about the writer`s childhood, education, family. The students also saw a cinema hall specially opened for the screening of the films "Amangeldy", "Kyz Zhibek", "once and for life", "Melon", written by G. Musrepov.

The purpose of the trip of students of the Faculty of philology to the Literary Memorial Museum named after G. Musrepov was to tell about the life and work of the writer, who made a great contribution to the development of Kazakh literature, the development of Kazakh literary science and criticism.
