Winter School-2024

Abai KazNPU is holding a Winter School from January 8, 2024 with the aim of training the teaching staff of higher education institutions of the country. The Winter School is the implementation of the model of teacher education and strengthening its content, aimed at training 1,800 teachers from 42 higher education institutions implementing teacher education (TE) programs.

The objectives of the training are the implementation of a new model of 30 EP and an improved EP developed within the framework of the project of MSHE RK "Strengthening pedagogical Educational Potential", as well as providing knowledge and skills in writing syllabuses for educational programs. The training is conducted by the Department of Educational Program Design. 145 university teachers take part in the training.

Speakers-trainers authors-drafters of this project: Director of the Department of design of educational programs Baidildina A.M., head of the Office of Institutional efficiency Khamraev Sh.I., Director of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology Abayeva G.A., Head of the Department of Informatics and Informatization of Education of IMPI Oshanova N.T., teachers: Karbaeva Sh.Sh., Nurman Sh.T., Rabilova Z.Zh.. For the current academic year, students in the 9th bachelor`s degree and 2nd master`s degree programs are enrolled in the educational programs prepared within the framework of this project at the university. A set of 7 more educational programs is planned for the new academic year.

The training seminar will last 2 weeks. In the second week, representatives of MSHE RK, Nazarbayev University and Finnish experts will arrive. This winter school holds a special place in the history of the university.
