International scientific and methodological seminar

On December 5, 2023, the Department of Pedagogy IPiP, within the framework of international cooperation, held an International scientific and methodological seminar on the topic "Vectors for the development of research in pedagogy: the mission of the pedagogical university" with the participation of speakers: acting rector of the Omsk State Pedagogical University Makarova Natalia and the head of the department of pedagogy of OSPU Drobotenko Yulia. The purpose of the seminar: dialogue, exchange of experience and opinions in the field of pedagogical research: scientific results, methods and forms of pedagogical research.

At the opening of the seminar, Vice-Rector for Strategy and Internationalization Aktolkyn Kulsarieva noted that international cooperation, scientific and methodological interaction of pedagogical universities plays an important role in the development of research competencies of young researchers and presented letters of gratitude to the speakers on behalf of the Chairman of the Board of the Rector of KazNPU named after Abay.

The seminar discussed the problems of scientific novelty in pedagogical research, methods, and new formats for research results in pedagogy. The speakers presented the results of research work of OSPUin pedagogical sciences, carried out in 2022, 2023.

Director of IPiP Abaeva Galiya noted the special importance of joint research projects in the field of teacher education. The head of the department of pedagogy, Sholpan Kolumbaeva, introduced her colleagues to the areas of research of the department, expressed readiness and interest in further collaboration with OSPU.

The participants asked the speakers many questions and expressed their opinions about the problems raised at the seminar (Professors K.K. Zhampeisova, N.N. Khan, etc.).

The seminar was held in a mixed format, more than 60 people took part: teachers, master`s students, doctoral students of KazNPU named after Abay, teacher-researchers from NIS, teachers of the Department of Pedagogy of OSPU and Chirchik State Pedagogical University (Republic of Uzbekistan).
