Guest lecture on "Youth - the driving force of the development of the new Kazakhstan"

In the framework of the 95th anniversary of Abai University, the traditional guest lecture on "Youth - the driving force of the development of the new Kazakhstan" was held on April 21, 2023 by chair of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan. It was held by the head of the chair G. Shakharman. Welcoming speech was delivered by Sh.Nurlanov, Vice-rector for Social Development, who continued the lecture. This year young specialists within the ANC in Almaty were invited. This was a highlight of the event dedicated to the anniversary of our university.

The invited guests were R. Kairiev, a member of the APK, the chairman of the Union of Uigur Youth of Kazakhstan, O. Mohamedsaruar, the deputy chairman of the Representative Office of the Republican Public Association "Assembly of Zhastary" in Almaty, S. Izeev, a senior lecturer of the Economics Department of the Sorbonne-Kazakhstan Institute. The guests opened detailed topics "Trends of competitiveness: the role of youth in the new Kazakhstan", "New Kazakhstan and youth", "Macroeconomic policy in the context of globalisation" and shared their opinions on their implementation. The lecturers of the Department of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan G.Dzhaynakbayeva, B.Ospanova and the first-year students of institutes of Pedagogy and Psychology, History and Law, Natural Sciences and Geography, Arts, Culture and Sports took part in the event.

At the end, Sh. Nurlanov spoke and expressed his gratitude to the lecturer, guests and all listeners.
