Competition for filling in the vacant positions of administrative management personnel and head of department

The Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University announces a competition to fill the vacant positions:
- Director of the Department of Development Strategy and Quality Analysis - 1
- Director of the Department for Educational, Social Work and Youth Policy - 1
- head of the department of foreign languages - 1
- Chief of the Human Resources Management Division - 1
- Head of International Scientific and Cultural Relations Department - 1

Requirements for contestants:
- Director of the Department of Development Strategy and Quality Analysis: higher education and/or postgraduate education, academic degree and rank, at least 5 years of experience and work experience in managing positions in the university.
Knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Education», «On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan», «On anti-corruption», «On State Enterprise», QS rating, basics of internal and external audit, institutional accreditation and attestation of educational programs and other regulatory legal acts that determine the directions and prospects of upbringing development.

- Director of the Department for Educational, Social Work and Youth Policy: higher (or postgraduate) education, work experience in managerial positions or at least 5 years of educational work experience at the university;
Knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Education», «On Science», «On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan», «On State Youth Policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan», «On the Rights of the Child in the Republic of Kazakhstan», «On anti-corruption», the Concept of Upbringing in the System of Continuing Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a model comprehensive plan to strengthen the educational component of the educational process in all educational organizations, the Concept of State Youth Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the basics of pedagogy and psychology and other regulatory legal acts that determine the directions and prospects of education development.

- For the post of head of the Foreign Languages Department: higher and/or postgraduate education, degree and rank, at least five years`experience in educational organizations.
Knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Education», «On Science», «On anti-corruption», «On State Enterprise», «On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan», «On General Military Duty and Military Service», «State Program of Education Development» and other normative legal acts regulating the issues of functioning and development of higher and postgraduate education.

- For the position of the head of the Personnel Management Division: higher and/or postgraduate education, at least 3 years of experience in the field of personnel support, including at least 1 year in a managerial position.
Knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Education», «On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan», «On anti-Corruption», «On State Enterprise», the requirements of the labour legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; drawing up and executing employment contracts, preparing all types of orders (receiving, transferring, dismissing, on vacations, on business trips), maintaining and updating personal records of employees and other personnel documentation, working in 1C (8.3) program and other internal regulations.

- For the post of head of the Department of International Scientific and Cultural Relations: higher and (or) postgraduate education, work experience in the specialty of at least 3 years, the availability of certificate IELTS /TOEFL at least 5.5.
Knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Education», «On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan», «On anti-Corruption», «On State Enterprise», MS series ISO 9001:2015, international standard ISO 37001:2016 and other regulatory legal acts that determine the directions and prospects of education development.

The person applying for participation in the contest shall submit the following documents within the terms specified in the announcement of the contest:
1) An application to the Rector of the University on participation in the contest;
2) Resume in the state and Russian languages (with photo);
3) Autobiography;
4) Copies of diplomas of higher (postgraduate) education, academic degree and academic title notarized;
5) A copy of an identity document;
6) Copy of the employment record book;
7) Copies of certificates of professional development (if any);
8) the list of scientific works and inventions for the three years preceding the date of announcement of the competition, certified by the Chief Scientific Secretary of the university;
9) Medical certificate (Form No. 086);
10) A certificate on the presence or absence of a criminal record;
11) A certificate of a drug treatment organization;
12) Certificate from a psychoneurological organization;
13) Testimonials from the last place of work (for persons from outside organizations);
14) The innovation development programme of the Department or Division for three years.

The contestant may provide additional information regarding his/her education, professional level (list of awards and honorary titles, recommendations from the management of the previous job), etc.

Documents are accepted for participation in the Contest: from 05.06.2020 to 05.07.2020.
