Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports held a psychological training on «Motivation Management»

On February 14, 2023, specialists of the Psychological Service of Abai KazNPU organized and conducted psychological training with students of «Shyn» theater and students activists of the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports on the theme «Motivation Management».

The aims of the psychological training were to increase the level of motivation of students, to help them understand what motivators can be and to find out what motivates each of them, and also to make students relaxed and to relieve accumulated tension and stress.

During the training, a warm-up exercise «The Dragon, the Samurai and the Girl» was conducted with students to set the students up for work and create a positive atmosphere in the group. In the main part there was an exercise «Mirror», aimed at mastering the ability to set goals for the future. At the end of the training there was a reflection game «Shake it off» to get rid of negative feelings.

During the training the students actively and with interest participated in the performance of all exercises. Students asked questions and were satisfied with the answers.
