Republican training and methodological seminar «Planning and integration of CLIL-technology in the education system of RK

On December 7, 2022, the Department of Foreign Languages of the Institute of Philology and the Department of Designing Educational Programs of Abai KazNPU held an educational and methodological seminar. It was attended by CLIL-teachers of secondary and higher education in Kazakhstan, as well as teachers of the Kokand Pedagogical Institute (Uzbekistan).

During the seminar they discussed the topical issues and problems of integrating CLIL technology into the educational process. The reports were presented by professor T.T. Ayapova, associated professors Z.A. Kemelbekova and B.E. Bukabaeva, master teachers S.E. Esenaman, K.S. Degtyareva, D.B. Ismailova and M.M. Serikbay. The program of in-service training for CLIL-teachers and the manual «The theory and practice of integrated teaching of the subject and language» were presented to the listeners. Participants highlighted the relevance, timeliness, usefulness and novelty of the seminar.
