A workshop led by a professor from Turkey is concluded

The seminar titled «Research Methodology and Academic Writing in Literature, Translation and Pedagogy» which was carried out by Prof. Dr. Vedi Aşkaroğlu from Giresun University in Turkey from October 10 to November 4, 2022, ended on November 4. An associate professor, a doctoral student from Turkey, conducted the seminar in an offline format.

The closing ceremony of the scientific event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Board of Abai KazNPU - Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs M.A. Bektemessov, Director of the Institute of Philology A.V. Tanzharikova, Director of International Cooperation J.O. Bainazar, Head of the Department of Oriental Philology and Translation N.N. Konkabayeva, teaching staff, doctoral students, master students and students. The workshop was organized under the direction of N.N. Konkabayeva.

M.A. Bektemessov expressed his gratitude and presented a special gift to Dr. Vedi Aşkaroglu on behalf of the university. In turn, the foreign scientist, thanking the university administration and participants of the seminar, proposed in the future to hold large-scale scientific symposia and international competitions and to follow the path of science together. At the end of the ceremony, he presented certificates to the participants of the seminar and commemorative photos were also taken.
