Personal hygiene is the key to good health

On October 28, 2022, the doctor of Almaty city hospital №1 Rakhimova Gauhar Mukhtarhanovna held an explanatory meeting on the theme «Personal hygiene is the key to good health» with the 1st year students of the Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography. The basic rules of personal hygiene were discussed, and it was noted that following them can prevent the development of infectious diseases. Students were also familiarized with types of first aid and how to administer it. The doctor`s event was particularly useful for the visiting youth in Almaty.
