Competition for vacant positions of members of the Supervisory Board of the RSE Abai KazNPU was announced

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (010000, 8, Mangylyk EL, Nur-Sultan, House of Ministries, 11-entrance, office 643, telephone 8 (7172) 74-20-62) announces a competition for vacant positions of members of the supervisory board of RSE on REU «Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University» (050010, 13, Dostyk ave., Almaty, telephone: 291-36-92, 291-18-29).

Abai KazNPU is a large multidisciplinary center of the republic in the field of pedagogical education, economics and business, law, international relations, social and human sciences, implementing educational programs of higher, postgraduate education and carrying out basic and applied scientific research.

Requirements for participants, in addition to having a higher education, also include one of the following conditions:
1) Experience of at least ten years in the field of education;
2) Leadership experience (head of a legal entity or his deputy) for at least five years in the field of education;
3) Membership in public associations in the field of education.

No person shall be elected as a member of the supervisory board:
1) Having outstanding or not convicted;
2) Who has been the head of a legal entity for more than one year before making a decision on declaring this legal entity bankrupt;
3) Previously committed a corruption offense;
4) Being in a relationship of close kinship and property with another member of the supervisory board or the head of a state enterprise.

The list of documents that must be submitted to participate in the competition:
1) Application for participation in the competition (in any form);
2) The summary in the state and Russian languages;
3) Autobiography (in any form);
4) A copy of the document proving the identity of the candidate;
5) A copy of the document on higher education;
6) A copy of the document confirming the employee`s labor activity in accordance with Article 35 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015;
7) documents confirming the absence of criminal record and corruption offenses issued by the territorial divisions of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor`s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The participant may submit additional information regarding his education, work experience, professional level (copies of professional development documents, assignment of academic degrees and titles, scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work).

The participant shall seal the original of the tender application in an envelope, marking it: «Original». On this envelope indicate the last name, first name, middle name (if any) and the address of the participant. After that, this envelope is sealed in an external envelope.

Inner and outer envelopes should:
1) to be addressed to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 0100008, Mangylyk EL, Nur-Sultan, House of Ministries, 11-entrance, room 643, telephone 8 (7172) 74-20-62;
2) Contain the words «Competition of members of the supervisory board of RSE on REU «Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai» and «Do not open until August 10» .

The date of commencement of receipt of documents: July 11, 2019.

Deadline for submission of applications for participation in the competition until August 9, 2019.
