Modern technologies of management of educational organization and improvement of methodical work in conditions of UCE

From 13 to 25 December 2021 the Professional Development and Distance Learning Centre of Abai KazNPU conducted for managers and specialists of regional (city, district) methodical rooms 80-hour training courses in the Kazakh and Russian languages in distance learning on «Modern management technologies in the organization of education and the improvement of methodical work in the conditions of UCE».

The course was attended by 79 heads and specialists of methodology rooms of Aktobe, Almaty, Atyrau, West Kazakhstan, Karaganda, Zhambyl, Mangistau, North Kazakhstan regions and the cities of Almaty and Shymkent.

A. Orakova, T. Kornilova, and M. Beldenbayeva informed participants of the course about peculiarities of modern management technologies of educational organization, methods and effective ways of methodical support to teachers, improvement of methodical work in conditions of modern education. Students formed a consistent picture of specific features of adult education from the andragogical viewpoint and were able to understand the essence of effective educational technologies in methodological support of teachers.

During practical sessions methodologists had an opportunity to discuss advantages and ways of introduction of coaching and mentoring practices, organization of Lesson Study process, provision of methodological support to teachers in distance learning conditions.

At the end of the course the participants presented their individual case studies, exchanged experiences on topical issues, discussed the problems of improving methodological work in the conditions of the UCE and discussed the ways of their implementation. The participants noted the effectiveness of the training and the relevance and content of the topics raised.
