Webinar «New technologies for mastering the alphabetic system based on Latin graphics»

On October 6, 2020, at 11.00-13.30 hours on the ZOOM online platform, master classes on the TOPIC were held as part of the educational and methodological webinar: «New technologies for mastering the alphabetic system based on Latin graphics» in accordance with the action plan for the implementation of the «Rukhani zhangyru» program for 2020, organized by the Latyn scientific and practical center at the Abai KazNPU.

The webinar was attended by professors of the Kazakh national women`s Teacher Training University, specialists of the institutes of education development in Astana, Pavlodar, Kokshetau, Karaganda, Shymkent, teachers of the Kazakh language and literature in schools of the Almaty region, teachers of colleges, lyceums, undergraduates and doctoral students. Master classes were Held by the teachers of the Department of Kazakh language and literature named after S. Kirabayev of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education. The moderator was the Director Of the scientific and practical center «Latyn», Professor Orazbayeva Fauziya Shamsieva. The webinar was opened by the Director of the Institute of Philology and multilingual education, Alua Tanzharykova, head of the Department of Kazakh language and literature named after S. Kirabayev, Ilyasova Nagima.

The online lectures included reports on the main topic: Rakhmetova Raigul «Effectiveness of cognitive technology of Akhmet Baitursynov in the development of the Kazakh alphabet based on Latin letters», Rauandina Aitzhamal «Learning the Latin language using design technology», Seytalieva Karlygash «Studying the marking of Kazakh sounds in the Latin alphabet through digital technologies», Imankulova Meruert «Learning the Latin alphabet through an Act».

Participants of the webinar expressed their opinion on the issues raised, expressed their opinion on the scientific findings and news that were announced in each report. In addition, the opinions of the Alash intelligentsia were expressed on educational activities, on the effectiveness of design technology in mastering the Latin alphabet, and on the importance of teaching digital technologies in the Latin alphabet.

At the end of the online lecture, recommendations and decisions related to the norm of writing Latin letters were made.

Participants of the online lecture were awarded certificates and letters of thanks.
