Economist at Economic Planning and Analysis Department

Main functional responsibilities of the structural unit:

- Methods of financial analysis and planning.

- Principles and procedure of income and expenditure accounting.

Main responsibilities:

- Compilation of estimates of income and expenses;

- Compilation and formation of the calculation of the cost of education, dormitory accommodation, norms, limits and other services provided by the university;

- Preparation of staff schedules, calculations;

- Formation of the university budget;

- Preparation of budget requests.

Travelling on business trips:

Readiness for business trips

Education:

Higher education (finance, economics, audit)

Required professional experience (duration, field, other)

 At least 2 (two) years.

Certificates are welcome

Professional Competencies:

 Proficient PC user, ability to work with documentation, process and analyse information, draw conclusions, work in a team.

Personal competences and qualities:

 Communicability, conscientiousness, active life position, stress resistance, creativity, organisational skills, punctuality, easy learning, neatness.

Knowledge of languages, including the state language (list of languages the candidate should be proficient in)

 Kazakh - fluently

 Russian - fluently

 English - will be an advantage

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Word, Excel, MS Office, Google Drive/Docs/Meet, ZOOM.
