Vacant position:

Chairman of the Committee on Youth Affairs

The main functional responsibilities of the structural unit:

- Carries out work on the comprehensive implementation of youth policy at the university;

- plans the work of the Committee and controls the implementation of plans;

- makes proposals for the implementation of the main directions of youth policy and implementation mechanisms;

- contributes to the development of student self-government, the organization of effective leisure time for young people;

- coordinates the work of student self-government of the university;

- in accordance with the established procedure, communicates with departments of student self-government of other universities, youth organizations and higher authorities, as well as committees for youth affairs;

- coordinates the work of public associations, creative clubs, sections, university circles.

Main job responsibilities:

- Coordinates the work of the Committee on Youth Affairs;

- Organizes the strict observance by students of the internal regulations in the educational building and hostel;

- Carries out work to strengthen the discipline and responsibility of the university asset;

- Carries out general management of all divisions of the student asset (Council of student government);

- Carries out work on the prevention of juvenile delinquency in cooperation with group mentors and the university administration;

- Promotes the development of youth self-government, the organization of meaningful, cultural leisure, the promotion of a healthy lifestyle;

- Organizes shows, competitions in order to identify talented students;

- Keeps in touch with all cultural centers of the city, attracting students to participate in cultural events;

Interacts with youth organizations of leading universities and cities;

- Coordinates the activities of clubs, sections, hobby groups;

- Interact with youth organizations of the city on the organization and conduct of information, creative and sports events for the youth of the university within its competence;

- Submits proposals to projects of annual and long-term plans for educational work;

- Carries out information support of youth on the implementation of youth policy at the university;

- Involves young people in social work;

- Submits a monthly report on the work done by the Committee on Youth Affairs.

Required professional experience (duration, scope, other)

A person who has an incomplete higher or higher education, who has the knowledge and skills necessary to perform official duties without requiring seniority is appointed to the position of the chairman of the Committee on Youth Affairs.
