Abai University students took part in an second interdisciplinary online class

On November 5, 2024, the second class was held at the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University as part of the 3rd International Educational Marathon of online-classes "The ABC of Psychology: Student to Teacher", in which 1(3)rd year students of the specialty "Pedagogy and Psychology" of Abai KazNPU, student of advances training courses at the Center for Pedagogical Excellence in Samarkand and the Samarkand region (Uzbekistan) took part.

Future educational psychologists gave an interactive lecture on the topic "Types of Communication" and talked about the features of creating and using interactive exercises on the Kahoot, WordWall, and LearningUp platforms. Course participating (Russian language teachers) took part in quizzes and received diplomas, etc.

For 1st year students, interaction with foreign teachers and the experience of conducting online classes became a good foundation for the further development of professional competencies and group work skills. In addition, the proposed exercises are adapted to different levels of training of students, which makes them universal and effective in the learning process.

The organizers of the marathon are the Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology Aktoty Akzholova, Master of Social Sciences, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology Saule Issaliyeva (Abai KazNPU), Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor, Methodologist of the "Class.Zur" project Ekaterina Fedosenko, Senior Lecturer at the Center of Pedagogical Excellence in Samarkand and the Samarkand region Raimkulova Irina (Uzbekistan).
