Referendum on nuclear power plants: Abai University scientists voted in the UK

Teachers of the KazNPU named after Abai Moshkalov Altynbek and Zhaxibayeva Zhanar came and voted at the referendum site located in the building of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kingdom of Great Britain. Two scientists from Abai University, traveling through another country, made their choice in favor of the country`s fate. The teachers underwent a scientific internship at the University of Reading (UK) as part of the "500 Scientists" project of the Bolashak program.

University teachers, keeping up with the historical moment for the country, emphasized the importance of every voice and showed that abroad it is possible to contribute to the development of Kazakhstan.
