Topical issues of teacher education discussed at Abai University

On February 29, 2024, an expanded meeting of the Educational and Methodological Association in the field of education "Pedagogical Sciences" was held on the basis of Abai KazNPU on the topic "The future of pedagogical education: model, values, partnership". The purpose is to discuss topical issues of teacher education, technologies, changes in the design of the learning process and the education system as a whole.

The event was attended by representatives of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education, the Committee for Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Committee for Quality Assurance in Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Academy of Education named after I.Altynsarin, the National Center for Research and Evaluation of Education "Taldau" named after Akhmet Baitursynuly, the Department development of human capital of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken", Department of Education Almaty, the Institute of Early Childhood Development of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as heads of educational institutions, scientists and teachers.

New trends in teacher education, issues of expanding global opportunities and establishing long-term international relations, further implementation of the concept of teacher education together with universities that train teaching staff, as well as the use of innovative teaching methods using artificial intelligence in educational programs of pedagogical orientation in the educational process were discussed.
