DAY OF REMEMBRANCE OF THE VICTIMS OF POLITICAL REPRESSIONS 

         Department for Educational, Social Work and Youth Policy jointly with Abai  KazNPU institutes  conducted  a number of events according to the plan of events dedicated to the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Political Repression:

On May 4, 2017,  Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education held a round table on topic "Alash`s Ideas and Principles of Independence" dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the "Alash" movement;

On May 26, 2017,  Scientific Library of the University organized a book exhibition "Political tragic period ";

On May 26, 2017,  Institute of Natural History and Geography organized a lecture on the topic "The tragic years ";

On May 26, 2017,  Sorbonne-Kazakhstan Institute conducted an open lesson on "Political repression and hunger in Kazakhstan in the 1930s of the XX century";

On May 29, 2017,  Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology held a meeting with the member of the association "Zhas Tulpar", doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor Zh. I. Namazbayeva on the topic "Eternal bow to the victims of repression ";

On May 29, 2017, Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics held a debate on the theme: "The tragic consequences of the collectivization of 1931-1933 that led the people to the Holodomor";

On May 30, 2017,  Institute of Natural History and Geography held a memorial evening on the theme: "Sample from history- memory to the past";

On May 30, 2017, Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics held a round table on the topic: "Repressed  not guilty people ";

On May 31, 2017, on the initiative of the Department for Educational, Social Work and Youth Policy wsa held a round table was held on the theme "Memory to the past  - bequeathed  to the future generations", dedicated to the Day of Remembrance of Victims of Political Repression;

On May 31, 2017, Institute for the Arts of Culture and Sports held an educational hour on the theme: "The role of the Kazakh intelligentsia in the embodiment of the " Alash "idea ".
