The training workshop discussed active learning technologies in the pedagogical process

On March 6, 2023 the seminar-training on "Effective use of active learning technologies in the pedagogical process" was held for doctoral students and undergraduates of the Department of Pre-school Education and Social Pedagogy of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, organized by Associate Professor G.T. Abitova.

Associate Professor U.B.Tuleshova, who has more than 15 years of experience in this field, was the trainer. Her proposed tasks were varied: in the training "Personal boundaries" participants were told how important it is to maintain the psychological distance for mental comfort, through exercises were explained how to assert their and not to violate others` boundaries, the site "Communication skills" worked on leadership qualities, learned how to successfully establish communication, establish communication with the environment, how to understand people and be understood. During the training, doctoral and master`s students mastered interesting forms of conducting classes and modern game technologies.

The event was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, at the end of the seminar the participants expressed their gratitude for the informative training by U.B. Toleshova.
