International scientific-practical conference «Innovations in Education: Experience, Problems and Prospects»

On May 4, 2022, in Almaty city school-gymnasium №22 there was held jointly with Abai KazNPU the International scientific-practical conference «Innovations in education: experience, problems and prospects». The aim is the discussion of theoretical and practical questions of innovative processes in education, the assessment of the innovative activity of modern teacher and the determination of the prospects of its development.

The following themes were examined: «Values, aims and results of modern education», «Innovative education: theory, technology, practice», «Psychological and pedagogical conditions of formation of teacher`s innovative activity», «Experience and mechanisms of cooperation of organizations of higher professional and general secondary education for development of professional success of teachers in the conditions of innovative educational environment».

In his speech rector Darkhan Bilyalov, having noted importance of conference, marked, Abai University will help improve the methodological culture of school teachers and teachers of high schools, strengthening of the status of the teacher in the Kazakhstan society, development of a branch science and practice, introduction of innovative experience and demanded pedagogical workings out. «We position ourselves as a research and engagement university. The aim is to integrate the scientific and practical experience of teachers, scientists from the country and foreign colleagues, and to implement it at all levels of education in Kazakhstan. The conference has become a platform for an open dialogue between all participants in our industry who are thinking about the future of teacher education, its problems and prospects. A kind of trend in the preparation of future teachers at Abai University are educational programs that focus on training teachers of a new format, teacher-psychologists, specialists in the field of educational management, assessment and measurement of its quality. The ideas of dual education are being actively implemented through internships with students fully immersed in the learning process of secondary education institutions and the development of research projects», he said.

Based on the results of the project work competition, the young and young researchers of the conference were awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree diplomas.
