Current issues in the history of the fatherland were discussed

On April 4, 2021, as part of the «Decade of Science», undergraduates and doctoral students of the Institute of History and Law were given an open lecture on the ZUM program with the academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor M.Koigeldiev on the topic «Current issues of the history of the Fatherland». Academician Mambet Kulzhabayuly spoke about the current problems of the history of the Fatherland at the present stage, about the process of open presentation of historical facts, about the history of their study, instilled the interest of young specialists in history, told about the course of writing modern historical science.

Especially in connection with the requests of the participants, historical facts were presented about the representatives of the society, the dominant class of the XVIII and XIX centuries, who exchanged views on a dialogical basis.

The event was attended by teachers, undergraduates, doctoral students of Abai KazNPU, Kazakh National Women`s Pedagogical University and other higher educational institutions.
