"Features of a technique of teaching mathematics in primary classes within the updated content of secondary education"

Today, the teacher becomes the main figure in the country`s educational policy, he plays the determining role in addressing the challenges associated with the transition to a new level of quality of training. The priority of the educational policy of the state is to increase the prestige of the teaching profession. This is the aim of strength of the teaching staff of the Chair of pedagogy and methodology of elementary education of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai.

As part of the IX Republican mathematical tournament of junior pupils "Bastau" Republican Scientific and Practical Center "Daryn" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 20 to 22 June , 2016 , held the annual training seminar on current problems of teaching mathematics for elementary school teachers. The seminar was held on the basis of the Republican Specialized Physics and Mathematics Secondary Boarding School for gifted children named after O.Zhautykov.

The main goal of the seminar is to increase the level of methodical competence of primary school teachers in the light of the renewal of education content.

Seminar classes carried out by the teaching staff of the Chair "Theory and methods of preschool and primary education" of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai:

Akpayeva Assel - candidate of pedagogical sciences, assistant professor of the Chair of pedagogy and methodology of elementary education of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai , author of EMC "Mathematics" "Almaty kitap baspasy".

Lebedeva Larisa - candidate of pedagogical sciences , assistant professor of the Chair pedagogy and methodology of elementary education of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, author of EMC "Mathematics" "Almaty kitap baspasy".

Turalbayeva Almash - Doctor of Philosophy. (PhD), senior lecturer of the Chair of pedagogy and methodology of elementary education of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai .

Astambayeva Zhupat - master of pedagogical sciences, senior lecturer of the Chair of pedagogy and methodology of elementary education of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, author of EMC "Mathematics" "Atamura".

Seminar program focused on the development of methodical competence of primary school teachers in the development of new approaches and technologies of teaching mathematics in the framework of updating the content of secondary education, including the activity approach; new approaches to teaching problem solving in the first place - and non-standard logic problems.

Seminar was attended 15 teachers from schools with Russian-language schools and 100 teachers - with the Kazakh language education. Teachers of primary school, head teachers of primary school come from all regions of Kazakhstan. It was presented as large gymnasiums, lyceums, urban schools, and few and small rural schools.

After the seminar the participants received certificates.
