Charitable event "Road to school"

The Republican charitable action "Road to School", initiated by the Ministry of Education and Science, traditionally continues since 2010 and is held in various public educational institutions in different formats.

With the support of the Rector of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Chairman of the Primary Party Organization "Abai" Balykbayev Takir Ospanovich since 2017 at our university annually held a charity event "Road to school" and to date, the action has provided social support to more than 150 schoolchildren.

This year, this charity event was organized on August 25-26. The campaign started at Specialized Gymnasium No. 12 named after Shokan Ualikhanov and continued at School Gymnasium No. 168 named after Katykbayeva.

The event was attended by First Deputy Chairman of Medeu district branch of the party "Nur Otan" Olzhas Sharipov, Rector of Abai KazNPU, Chairman of the Primary Party Organization "Abai" Takir Balykbayev and members of the Party.

During the event, with the support of Rector of the Abai KazNPU Takir Ospanovich, 20 students in need of social assistance of specialized Gymnasium school № 12  were presented with school stationery and food baskets. Besides, 20 teachers and employees of different social categories of school-gymnasiums № 99, № 100, № 168 were given letters of thanks and food baskets.

At the end of the event, the acting director of specialized gymnasium № 12 named after Sh. Ualikhanov Bekzhanova Zhanat and director of 168 school-gymnasium named after K. Katykbayeva Taikenov Manas on behalf of the school staff thanked the organizers of the event.

The action "Road to school" organized jointly with Medeu district branch of "Nur Otan" party will be continued in the future.
