«Round table» in online mode

On March 13, 2019 at the Department of «Pedagogy and methods of primary education», there was held an on-line international «round table» on the topic: «Multilingual education: problems and prospects». The round table was attended by students, undergraduates and teachers of the Department, students of the specialty «Primary education» of the Institute of psychology and education of the Kazan Federal University, students of the specialty «Pedagogy» of the Pomeranian Academy of education (Slupsk, Poland).

Discussion of the round table began with the presentation of the videos, which reflected the opinion of society on the introduction of multilingual education. After watching the video, we came to the conclusion that in Kazakhstan, Russia and Poland the society is interested in knowing several languages, which will expand the boundaries of communication and interaction.

The second and third questions of the round table concerned the organization of multilingualism within the walls of educational institutions - University and school. Students expressed their opinion on these issues and suggestions.

At the end of the round table all participants were awarded certificates.
