Alumni Forum
The decade dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University was continued by the Forum of Alumni of the Specialty "Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education".
Opening of the forum was held on April 26 at the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology.
The honoring of graduates of the department of different years opened the forum. The first vice-rector of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University Maktagali Bektemesov congratulated those present, noted the solemnity of the moment, wished fruitful work at the Forum.
Chairman of the public organization "Alumni Association" Bolatbek Nurbatirov noted that this is the first Forum dedicated to the achievements of graduates, organized at the university. He invited all graduates of the specialty "Pedagogy and methodology of elementary education", as well as the best graduate students to join the organization and support the work of the association.
Then the guests of the forum - one of the first graduates of the department, told about their successes. Graduates of 1988 with gratitude recollected their first teachers: Koyanbaev Romseit Mukhamedzhanovich, Mendekinova Rabiga Taurbaevna, Rahmetova Sagira Rahmetovna, Kydrbayeva Azatkul Akhmetovna. By their example they inspired students to achieve heights in their specialty. Also, they did not ignore their first curator - Autataeva Akbota Nursultanovna.
The work of the Forum continued with presentations, united by the theme "My achievements". Speakers: graduate of 1990 Satpaeva Nurzat - deputy director for educational work at school No. 128 named after Mukhtar Auezov; graduate of 1992 Ybraimzhanov Kalibek - doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor of Zhetysu State University named after I. Zhansugurov; graduate of 1991 Makhinur Nizamova - candidate of pedagogical sciences, professor of Almaty Technological University; graduate of 1995 Elmira Bapieva - deputy director for educational work at school 133 in Almaty; graduate of 1992 Bauyrzhan Saidahmetov - candidate of pedagogical sciences, professor. All of them noted that the years of study at the university are always remembered with a smile and kindness.
Further, the work of the Forum continued in the following areas: 1. "My choice is the path of science" - graduates who have achieved success in the field of science; 2. "From teacher to leader ..." - graduates who have achieved success in the field of leadership; 3. "I am proud of my specialty" - the best, experienced teachers, competent specialists.
Students and undergraduates asked their guests questions about the specialty, about possible difficulties in pedagogical activity, about the qualities that a modern teacher needs, about organizing work with children of the current generation.
The next stage of the forum was a master-class "A knowledgeable expert will teach a lot", which was conducted by the graduate of 1994. Sholpan Idrisova - deputy director for educational work, general school No. 180 in Almaty; graduate of 1994 Alma Kalykova - teacher of primary school of general school No. 149 in Almaty; graduate of 1995. Aikumis Besirova is a teacher of primary classes of gymnasium No. 140 named after M. Makatayev. Students who attended the master class, said that they had established themselves in choosing their profession, looked at it from the other side, appreciated their emerging professional qualities, they had a reference point for the future.
At the closing of the Forum, Asia Zhumabaeva - Head of the Chair "Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education", graduate of 1988, thanked the organizers and participants of the Forum, noted the fruitful work of different generations of graduates.
