Plants festival «Plant fest»

The doctoral student of the 3rd year of the specialty «8D01301-Pedagogy and Methodology of Primary Education» of Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of Abai KazNPU, Kydyrbayeva G.B. organized the Plant fest on March 28, 2022 among the students and masters in educational program «Primary education with multilingualism». The aim was to develop and form a cultured personality, speaking several languages, capable of social and professional definition.

The event was organized in a free and accessible way. During the festival there was a lecture on the importance of plants in human life, a presentation and a video lesson on medicinal plants. Students actively discussed types and useful properties of various flora, described their features in three languages (Kazakh, Russian and English). The material collected by the students will be used in the preparation of a trilingual encyclopaedia of medicinal plants.
