Orakova Amangul Shakharbekovna was born on October 28, 1971 in the village of Araltogai of the Karabutak district of the Aktobe region.. In 1986 she graduated from Altai Secondary School. In 1990 she graduated from Aktobe Pedagogical College with a degree in "Teaching labor in grades 4-8 of the secondary school "Service labor"", in 1997 she graduated from the Aktobe Pedagogical Institute named after H.Zhubanov with a degree in "Teacher of labor training and drawing". 2011 - HONORAR-PROFESSOR fir Pedagogic Euregio Hochschule (Belgia). 2015  - Academician of the International Academy of informatization. The trainer of the modular technology of teaching M.M. Zhanpeisova, level programs (second, third level and "Teacher leadership at school", according to the program of advanced training of teaching staff within the framework of updating the content of secondary education of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the subject of "Fine Arts", "Artistic work", "Graphics and design".
