Born on 11/14/1932, Kazakh, higher education.

In 1989-2000, he graduated from the Masak educational institution of the Enbekshikazakh district of the Almaty region.

2001-2005 Faculty of History of KazNPU named after Abay

2007-2009 KazNPU named after Abay physical education and sports

Master`s degree program 2021-2023 KazNPU named after Abay
