03.06.2022 Nonprofit Joint Stock Company "Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University " (hereinafter - the University) announces a competition for vacant positions of teaching staff for the 2022-2023 academic year
Requirements for vacant positions: For the position of professor: higher, postgraduate education, academic degree, academic title "professor", experience in scientific and pedagogical activity of not less than 5 years; for the position of assistant professor/associate professor (associate professor): higher, postgraduate education, degree of Candidate of Sciences or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), the academic title of "docent" / "Associate Professor (docent)", experience in scientific and pedagogical activities of not less than 5 years; for the position of senior lecturer: higher, postgraduate education, at least 3 years of scientific and pedagogical experience or at least 5 years of practical experience in the specialty and/or the degree of Candidate of Sciences or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.); for a position as a teacher: availability of higher, postgraduate education, work experience in the specialty not less than 3 years and/or master`s degree. A person applying for participation in the competition submits the following documents within the period specified in the announcement about the competition: 1. Current employees of the University: 1) an application to the Rector - Chairman of the Board for participation in the competition (according to Appendix 1); 2) Questionnaire of the candidate in paper or electronic format (in accordance with Annex 2)*; 3) the candidate`s performance evaluation questionnaire (as per annex 3)**; 4) the decision of the meeting of the chair; 5) list of scientific works and inventions, certified by the chief scientific secretary (for the last 5 years); 6) certificates of foreign language proficiency (if available); 7) copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if any) and originals for verification (for the last 5 years).

Documents on education issued by foreign institutions of higher education to the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan - holders of the international scholarship "Bolashak", as well as under international treaties (agreements) are recognized in the Republic of Kazakhstan without going through procedures for the recognition of documents on education. In case of incomplete submission of documents and (or) documents with expired period of validity for participation in the competition, the application with all documents shall be returned to the person who submitted the application before the beginning of the competition.
