Balakhmetova Gulnar Kazhakhmetovna - 01.01.1968, Kokchetav. Historian, graduated from the Faculty of History of S.M. Kirov Kazakh State University.

Intern researcher of the Department of Political History of Abai KazNPU (1990-1992), postgraduate student of the Department of History of Kazakhstan of Abai KazNPU (1992-1995), Lecturer, senior lecturer, Acting Associate Professor of the Department of History of Kazakhstan (1995-2012), Deputy Dean of the Faculty of History (2012-2017), Deputy Director of the Institute of History and Law (2017), Head of the Educational Department (2017-2021), since 2021 Deputy Director of the Department for Academic Affairs.

For her achievements in the educational process, she was awarded the badge "For Merits in the development of science of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Certificate of Honor of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of RK, the Certificate of Honor of KazNPU named after Abai, the badge "UZDIK USTAZ".
