Vacant position:

Head of Office Management and Archival Affairs Services

The main functional responsibilities of the structural unit:

Management of office work and archiving at the university, development of internal regulatory documents (rules, regulations, instructions, nomenclature of cases). Acquisition of the archival fund.

Main job responsibilities:

Organization of office work in departments, control over the correct formation, storage and timely delivery of cases to the archive, compliance with the deadlines for the execution of documents. Knowledge of the electronic document management system, digitization of archival documents.

Business trip:

Willingness to travel.

Education:

Higher specialized education.

Required professional experience (duration, scope, other)

At least 5 years of work experience in the field of education.

Professional competencies:

 Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on office work. Development and implementation of internal regulatory and methodological documents to improve documentation support in the organization. Ability to work in the information system "Documentolog", IS "Univer". Participation in the examination of the scientific and practical value of archival documents.

Personal competencies and qualities:

Responsibility, communication skills, accuracy and stress resistance, personnel management skills.

Knowledge of languages, including the state language (list of languages that the candidate must speak)

Kazakh, Russian, English preferred.

Computer skills:

MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Power Point.
