Vacant position:

Leading Specialist of the Department for Educational, Social Work and Youth Policy

The main functional responsibilities of the structural unit:

- assists institutes in organizing social and educational work;

- develops and distributes documentation on the organization of educational, social work and youth policy;

- analyzes educational, social work and youth policy organized by the institutes and departments of the university;

- introduces into practice advanced methods and forms of organizing educational, social work and youth policy. Organizes master classes and training seminars for mentors;

- coordinates the work of subordinate services and units;

- coordinates the activities of institutes, departments of the university on educational, social work and youth policy in the following areas: cultural work, patriotic education, crime prevention and extremism prevention, the formation of a healthy lifestyle, education of tolerance and interethnic harmony;

- organizes the duty of teaching staff and university staff in hostels;

- forms a base of socially vulnerable students and coordinates work in this area.

Main job responsibilities:

- work with documents, draw up reports on the results of the performance of activities;

- interact with other professionals, institutions, organizations and communities in the provision of social services and social support measures;

- draw up the documents necessary for accepting students in need for social services (permanent or temporary), provide social support measures;

- to contact various institutions (state, religious, public) on the provision of social assistance;

- to organize the provision of social, social and medical, socio-psychological, socio-pedagogical, socio-legal, socio-economic, socio-rehabilitation services, services for the social support of citizens, as well as social support measures;

- to participate in carrying out cultural events aimed at the social adaptation of the teacher;

- collect and process information on the provision of social services or social support measures;

- form, maintain and store properly the necessary documentation for the provision of social services

Required professional experience (duration, scope, other)

Work experience in teaching and administrative positions at least 3-5 years

Experienced user: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook), Internet skills (Internet Explorer, Opera, Mozilla Firefox) and e-mail (Outlook Express).
