A competition for grant funding for young scientists under the «Zhas Galym» project has been announced

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces a competition for grant financing of fundamental and applied scientific research of young scientists - post-doctoral students under the «Zhas Galym» project for 2022-2024 in the following priority areas of science development:

- Rational use of natural resources, flora and fauna, ecology;

- Geology, mining and processing of mineral and hydrocarbon raw materials, new materials, technologies, safe products and structures;

- Energy and mechanical engineering;

- Scientific research in the field of natural sciences;

- Science about life and health;

- Information, communication and space technologies;

- Sustainable development of the agro-industrial complex and the safety of agricultural products;

- Research in the field of social sciences and humanities;

- Research in education and science;

- National security and defense in specialized scientific areas in accordance with the Tender Documentation.

Competitive applications are submitted to the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form, certified by the electronic digital signature of the post-doctoral student and the applicant, through the information system of JSC «NCSTE» at the link: https://is.ncste.kz. The start of accepting applications is from December 10, 2021.

The deadline for submitting applications is January 11, 2022
