Requirements for the participants of the competition:
- for the position of head of the department: higher and (or) postgraduate education, the presence of an academic degree, work experience of at least 5 years in educational institutions.
A person applying for participation in the competition submits the following documents within the terms specified in the announcement of the competition:
1. Employees of Abai KazNPU:
- Application addressed to the Chairman of the Board - Rector of the University about participation in the competition;
- Application form of the candidate (in electronic format); *
- List of scientific works and inventions, certified by the Chief Scientific Secretary (for the last 5 years);
- Certificates of proficiency in foreign languages (if any);
- Copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if any), their originals for verification (for the last 5 years);
- Minutes decisions of the meeting of the department and the Academic Council of the Institute. **
2. External candidates:
- Application addressed to the Chairman of the Board - Rector of the University about participation in the competition;
- Application form of the candidate (in electronic format); *
- Identification;
- Copies of diplomas of higher education, academic and scientific degrees, a document on the academic title, their originals for verification;
- Document confirming labor activity (for persons with work experience);
- Personal sheet on personnel records;
- Certificate of no criminal record;
- Certificate on the lack of registration in the narcological, neuropsychiatric and anti-tuberculosis dispensaries;
- Certificates of proficiency in foreign languages (if any);
- Copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if any), their originals for verification (for the last 5 years);
- List of scientific works and inventions, certified by the Chief Scientific Secretary (for the last 5 years);
- Description from the last place of work;
- Autobiography;
- Minutes of the meeting of the department and the Academic Council of the Institute. For these protocols, you must contact the Human Resources Department of the University. **

** After the end of the deadline for accepting documents, the directors of the institutes within 7 working days hold a meeting of the departments and the Academic Council of the institute to consider the candidacy of persons applying for filling the vacant positions of heads of departments and heads of educational programs. The decisions of the department and the Academic Council of the Institute are of a recommendatory nature and are submitted to the competition committee for consideration.
The applicant has the right to provide additional information regarding his education, professional level (list of awards and honorary titles, recommendations of the management at the previous place of work), etc.
The submission of an incomplete package of documents is the basis for refusal to register documents.
