Pernebekova Anar Kazhdenbekovna was born in Kyzylorda. Since 1985 she has been living in Almaty. She graduated from Kazakh State Women`s Pedagogical University.

She has been working in the field of education since 1989.

She has finished undergraduate and postgraduate studies and has experience in the field of education since 1989.

She  currently works at the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University of the faculty for Foreign citizens and Pre-university training.
