Seminar on «Research problems in writing a diploma project»

On February 2, 2024, the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology hosted a seminar on «Research problems in writing a diploma project» with students of the specialty «Special Pedagogy», organized by members of the Young Scientist club, created within the framework of the Department of Special Pedagogy.

The purpose of the seminar, which was attended by the teaching staff, students, undergraduates and doctoral students of the Department of special pedagogy, is to familiarize future specialists with the algorithm of research work, develop research competencies.

During the event, the head of the «Young Scientists» club, 2nd year doctoral student of the specialty 8D01901-Special Pedagogy Yerzhanova G., 1st year undergraduates Abdimanova A., Tashtan U., Sultanbekova N., Sundetova D. made presentations and discussed issues on the topics: diagnostics of research competencies of future special teachers; scientific (methodological) research apparatus; introduction in the theoretical part; analysis of the experimental part of the diploma project; requirements for the development of the diploma project; ways of admission to the master`s degree, etc.

At the end of the seminar, the participants asked the organizers questions and made suggestions.
