«Psychological Support» service held a training session for participants of the «Visage» model club

On November 29, 2023, psychologists of Abai KazNPU held a training session with participants of the model club «Visage» on the topic «Improving self-esteem». The goal of the training is to increase girls` self-esteem, self-confidence, and complete self-acceptance in all situations.

In order to strengthen the relationship with each other, the training started with the «Contact» exercise. In the main part, the exercises «Portrait», «Bad, good» and «Here I am!» were conducted, aimed at positive acceptance of one`s shortcomings, self-love in any situation and increasing self-esteem. To increase self-confidence on stage and in front of the audience, the exercise «I shine!» was conducted.

The training ended with an exercise called «Emotional Landscape» to get feedback from participants. During the training, the girls shared their positive impressions.
