The virtual workshop "Education, science and professional achievements" was opened

On November 28, 2023 in Abai KazNPU the opening of scientific and methodological virtual workshop "Education, science and professional achievements" dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the head of the department "Primary Education" of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, Professor Asia Zhumabayeva took place.

The solemn event was opened by the Chairman of the Board-Rector Bolat Tlep, he thanked the jubilee for fruitful work in the field of education and science, congratulated on behalf of the whole staff and wished success. The documentary film "The world begins with the alphabet", shot on the biography of A.E.Zhumabaeva was shown. The film presents data about her life from childhood years.

Also in the virtual workshop, opened at the Department of "Primary Education", were shown the results of the work of professors of the department during the period when the head was A.Zhumabayeva. The aim is to familiarise the general public with the knowledge provided in the virtual workshop in the training of future specialists of primary school, research works that constitute the scientific and methodological basis of the subjects taught, and achievements in their implementation.

This masterclass includes several sections. In particular, "Tagylymdy tarikh" - 6 volumes dedicated to professors-scientists who laid the foundation of the Department of Primary Education, launched as a result of the scientific project "Generalisation, analysis and dissemination of the experience of unity of generations, continuity of generations on the eternal path" under the grant of the Rector of KazNPU named after Abay; the textbooks "Kazak tili", "Alippe", "Ana tili" (1st grade), "Kazak tili" (2nd-4th grades), "Mathematics" and electronic textbooks "E-Books" for primary grades were put into operation under the authorship of the teachers of the department; the main scientific works of the teaching staff in the direction of research "Preparation of future teachers of primary grades for the school of new generation" are presented in "Smart Profi". The last section presents the content of the formed scientific school A.E.Zhumabaeva on the work of PhD school.

Representatives of the Ministry of Science and Education, the Ministry of Education of RK and leading educational institutions of the country took part in the solemn event. Among the guests were pupils of A.Zhumabaeva, graduates and students of the university.
