International training seminar in the framework of cooperation with Kyzylorda Higher Pedagogical College

As part of cooperation with the Kyzylorda Higher Pedagogical College, an international training seminar was held on November 18, 2023. The purpose: to reveal the importance of multimodal stress management for the health of all participants in the educational process. Organizers: Kyzylorda Higher Pedagogical College, Abai KazNPU, Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, Department of Preschool Education and Social Pedagogy.

At the event, German scientists, associate professor, psychotherapist Alena Garber, professor at the University of Leipzig, psychotherapist Konrad Reschke, on the topics « Stress and its consequences for the mental and physical health of teaching staff», « Multimodal stress management and its application for teaching staff» gave lectures and conducted trainings. And also the head of the department of « Preschool education and social pedagogy», associate professor Kiyakbayeva Ulbosyn made a report on the topic «Creating favorable conditions for subjects of the educational process», at the same time she made a report on the topic « Introduction of the German stress management program into the educational program for the training of social educators» and acting associate professor, educational psychologist of the highest category Aigul Akhmetova.

At the end of the international training seminar, the participants were awarded German-style certificates and a certificate from the Abai KazNPU IPiP for active participation in the training seminar. As a result of the training seminar, students`resistance to stress was considered as one of the criteria for psychological health within the framework of the project on the topic: « AP19679368 Integrative approach to fairy tale therapy as an innovative technology for preserving the psychological health of the younger generation in the context of digitalization of education».
