The main goals and tasks of the Human Resources Policy Department of "Abai KazNPU" NJSC 1. The main purpose of the Human Resources Policy Department of "Abai KazNPU" NJSC is the effective management of human resources, maintaining the optimal level of the number and quality of employees, the use of modern technologies, the exchange of work experience, as well as the continuous improvement of the organisation of educational and educational processes.
2. Tasks of the Department: 1) provision of experienced highly qualified and interested in achieving the common strategic goal employees; 2) selection and placement of personnel; 3) maintenance of personnel records; 4) study and evaluation of business qualities of employees, study of compliance of employees with their positions; 5) Organising and conducting training and professional development of personnel, attestation of employees; 6) effective utilisation of professional skills and potential capabilities of each employee; 7) creation of an effective system of labour motivation for teaching staff; 8) improvement of executive discipline, responsibility of employees for performance of their official duties, strengthening of labour discipline; 9) creation of conditions in the Company for the most complete satisfaction of employees with working conditions; 10) Creation of a business corporate culture that contributes to the creation and preservation of a favourable microclimate in the team.
