Abai University scientists awarded the title of «Best Researcher»

In accordance with Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Science», in order to encourage scientists, scientists of scientific organizations and organizations of higher and (or) postgraduate education that have contributed to the development of science and technology, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan announced a competition in 2021 for the annual award «BEST SCIENTIST», in connection with this, the Ministry for the first time awarded 50 awards to the best scientists of the country.

Berdyshev Abdumauvlen Suleymanovich
Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department "Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling" of Abai KazNPU

In total, more than 500 applications were submitted throughout the republic. According to the results of the competition, 4 teachers of Abai KazNPU were awarded the title «BEST SCIENTIST».

A.S. Berdyshev is the author of more than 230 scientific articles, including more than 40 in foreign journals with a non-zero impact factor, cited on the basis of Thomson Reuters and Scopus.

Research interests: partial differential equations, local and nonlocal boundary value problems for nonclassical equations of mathematical physics, equations of mixed and mixed-composite types, mathematical modeling.

Awards: Winner of the Youth Union Prize of Uzbekistan in the field of science and technology (1986). He was awarded by medals named after Altynsarin (2006) and «Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan» (2008). He is «The best teacher - 2011» and «The best researcher - 2021»grants winner.

Ayapova T.T. - Honorary Professor of the University of Arizona, United States of America, honorary citizen of the city of Tucson.

Ayapova T.T. - Author of 2 monographs, the 3rd monograph is being published, more than 300 scientific and methodological works. She manages the work of groups of authors to develop and create textbooks and teaching aids in English for students of secondary schools of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She has been the leader of the group and co-author of the first state levelled textbooks of English for 18 years. Their number is 64. Ayapova T.T. is the author of state compulsory education standards and English language curriculum for students in grades 5-9. Also, Ayapova T.T. is the author of Educational Programs in the specialty: Foreign languages: Two foreign languages, 6B01703 - Bachelor`s degree, 7M01703 Master`s degree, which is being taught from 2019 to this time.

In 2018 - 2020 Ayapova T.T. managed the scientific project of grant funding of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, "Modernization of the process of introducing subject-language integrated education in multilingual education of higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan by creating an innovative center for the training and retraining of CLIL teachers" As a result of which the Center for CLIL for training specialists was created.

In October 2021 The publishing house «Mektep» published the first textbook on the History of the English language - «A History of the English Language», recommended by the Republican Educational and Methodological Council.
Under her leadership, courses on the History of the English Language for bachelors, Theory of Speech Activity and Sociolinguistics in English for 1st year Master`s Degree were developed.

Ayapova T.T. - is the Founder of the Scientific School «Creating the First Language Personality» for foreign language specialists at Abai KazNPU.

Ayapova T.T. - Member of the Republican National Commission for the development of a new Kazakh Latin alphabet.

In 1990-2010 Ayapova T.T. was the deputy chairperson of dissertation councils in foreign philology for the defense of doctoral dissertations at KazUIR WL named after Abylai Khan, and 2019-2020. - in Abai KazNPU, majoring in «Linguistics».

In 2015 T.T. Ayapova created the public association "Kazakhstan Society of Women Scientists" at the republican level, since 2019 she has been the editor-in-chief of the journal "Science. Female. Society». Currently, this association is working on the creation of an encyclopedia «Famous female scientists of the Republic of Kazakhstan». She is the editor-in-chief of the magazine "Khabarshi. Multilingual education and foreign philology" Abai KazNPU.
She makes a significant contribution to the science work by training young specialists: T. T. Ayapova has trained more than 300 Master`s Degree students as a supervisor, 7 candidates of science, 3 doctors of PhD.

Movkebaeva Zulfiya Akhmetvalievna
Doctor of Pedagogy in Correctional Pedagogy. Professor of the Department of Professional Training in "Special Pedagogy" of the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.

Has more than 450 publications, h-index = 2. Developer of a number of state legal documents, author of textbooks and teaching aids for special (correctional) schools, member of the editorial boards of foreign and domestic scientific and methodological journals, head of a number of scientific projects. Member of the Public Council of the base organization of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States for the training, retraining and advanced training of teachers and specialists in the field of inclusive and special education. Supervisor of 5 defended PhD dissertations.

Nurbekova Zhanat Kunapianovna
Doctor of Pedagogy, Professor of the Department of Informatics and Informatization of Education, Abai KazNPU, Academician of the International Academy of Informatization, Academician of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan

J.K. Nurbekova is the author of more than 250 scientific publications, including 2 monographs, in the international scientific databases Scopus and Web of science with a citation index of more than 9, H-index of 3; and IT products: 34 - electronic textbooks, 38 - Collections of digital educational resources (800 DER), 5 computer programs (electronic course content designer, testing, IS Anti-plagiarism, IS for credit-distance learning e-learning CDT, Online voting system for dissertations councils) and 7 sites, cross-platform mobile applications for the digitalization of objects of national culture (games on iOS, Android: Togyzkumalak, Asyk atu).

31 years of work experience, of which more than 15 years - in senior positions (more than 10 years as the dean of the IT faculty at the university, director of the informatization center, director of the digitalization institute, director and founder of a start-up of IT companies), more than 25 years in the field of scientific research and software development education and EdTech, scientific guidance for PhD students in STEM education.
