Round table «Latin alphabet - the way of civilization»

On April 19, 2023, a round table on the topic «Latin alphabet - the way of civilization» was held at the Department of Chemistry of the Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography.

Organizers: 1st year undergraduates of specialty 7M011510-«Chemistry» and adviser Asem Uzakova.

Participants: faculty of the Department of Chemistry, students and undergraduates.

The special guest of the event, Professor Kalamkas Kalybayeva, spoke about the necessity, advantages and disadvantages of using the Latin alphabet, the subtleties of the many years of hard work facing us and answered many questions that concern the audience. Teachers and students thanked Kalamkas Kalybayeva, who told about the history of the Kazakh language, revealed the boundaries and gave valuable information about the transition to the Latin alphabet.
