Presentations in the section "Problems of Literary Studies" included theory and methodology of studying prose works, research on genrology, processes of development of the modern Kazakh children`s literature, experience of using podcasting for popularization of Kazakh literature, etc.
The reports in the methodology section were devoted to the most important problems of teaching philological disciplines at school and high school: achievements of modern linguodidactics, axiological approach to learning, problems of digitalization and distance learning at high school, advantages and efficiency of electronic textbooks, practice of case studies, CLIL-technology in teaching Russian language and literature at high school, etc.

The topicality of the themes of the reports and their practical application in educational work aroused lively interest among the participants of the conference and led to an active scientific discussion.
