The demand rating of universities in the Republic of Kazakhstan is one of the key tools for students and their parents when choosing an educational institution. It helps to assess the quality of education, research opportunities and employment prospects of graduates. The Independent agency for accreditation and rating (IAAR) strives for an objective and transparent assessment of universities in order to ensure students have access to quality education.

IAAR has created its own methodology for evaluating higher education institutions, which has been audited, approved by IREG (Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence) and received the high Quality Mark “IREG Approved".

The digital ranking platform, based on four main criteria, allows educational institutions to transparently demonstrate their achievements and participate in the assessment process. In addition, it contributes to improving the quality of education and the development of scientific activities at universities. Important indicators for ranking are:
