A designer proved that making an accessory out of felt is easy

On January 30, 2023, a master of Arts of the "Design" department of the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports of Abai KazNPU, member of the Kazakhstan Designers` Union and the Eurasia Designers` Union, Ermakhanbetova Akmaral showed a master class on felting technology of arts and crafts on TV channel "Eurasia" in Almaty (TV show "Good Morning, Kazakhstan").

A teacher from our university demonstrated to a large audience how to make various accessories and household items from an ordinary rug. The aim of the master class was to popularize ancient folk crafts and the development of Kazakh national art.
