Abai KazNPU entered the top 5 universities of the country

We are in a hurry to share the latest news: The Independent Accreditation and Rating Agency (IAAR) conducted an annual independent rating of the demand for universities in the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2022. 35 universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in the ranking; our university entered the top 5 of them. Thus, in 2022, we improved the indicators by 1631 points compared to the previous year. Among pedagogical universities, they confirmed their status as the first pedagogical university of the country.

The Office of Institutional efficiency conducted a comparative analysis with the results of last year. Our university was able significantly improve its performance in the following areas. In the Institutional ranking for bachelor`s degree areas "Pedagogical sciences", where we took 1st place, the following EP: "Preschool education and upbringing" improved its indicators - from 3 places to 1; "Training of mathematics teachers" - from 2 places to 1; "Training of physics teachers" - from 2 places to 1; "Training of computer science teachers" - from 3 places to 2. In the Institutional ranking in the areas of the Master`s degree "Pedagogical Sciences", we rose from 4th place to 2nd, the following EP were also noted: "Preschool education and upbringing" - from 2nd to 1st place; "Training in special pedagogy" - from 3rd to 1st place.

The university was also able to once again confirm its first places in educational programs: "Pedagogy and methods of primary education" for bachelor`s degree; "Training of teachers of primary military training"; "Training of chemistry teachers"; "Training of biology teachers"; "Training of geography teachers"; "Training of teachers of Russian language and literature"; "Training of specialists in special pedagogy", and for the master`s degree - "Training of biology teachers"; "Training of teachers of the Russian language and literature"; "Training of teachers of a foreign language"; "Training in special pedagogy" and "Law".

In the institutional ranking in the fields of doctoral studies "Pedagogical sciences", our university took 1st place, the following EP were also noted: "Preschool education and upbringing"; "Training of teachers in chemistry"; "Training of teachers in biology"; "Training of teachers in geography"; "Training of teachers of the Kazakh language and literature; "Training of personnel in special pedagogy". Everyone has 1 place.

In addition to all the above, the educational programs of our university were able to enter the top 10 in the following areas: "Arts and humanities" - 8th place; "Social sciences, Journalism and information" - 6th; "Business, management and law" - 8th; "Natural sciences, Mathematics and statistics" - 7th place.
